Only available in the Rainforest sandbox environment.
Typically called after a merchant application has been submitted. When calling this endpoint, the merchant must be in status ONBOARDING and the merchant application must be in status PROCESSING.
The expected webhooks will be sent for the merchant and merchant application on status change.
