Deprecating API versions 2023-01-01 and 2023-12-01

Rainforest will be fully deprecating API versions 2023-01-01 and 2023-12-01 on November 12th, 2025.

Upgrade your minimum API version
If your platform's minimum API version is 2023-01-01 or 2023-12-01, you'll need to update your integration to handle all backwards-incompatible changes.
Your platform's minimum API version must be upgraded to 2024-10-16 by November 12th, 2025.
Once your integration is on API version 2024-10-16, contact your Platform Success Manager or support to upgrade your minimum API version.
