Rainforest now supports canceling of eligible refunds in the Rainforest Portal and via API. This allows platforms to cancel unintended refunds before they settle, instead of waiting for funds to move and then resolving the issue afterward.
Rainforest now supports deactivating billing profiles in the Rainforest Portal and via API. This allows platforms to retire billing profiles that are no longer needed without deleting historical configuration used for merchant billing.
Rainforest now supports percentage-based amount splits by allowing you to specify a rate and rate cap when configuring an amount split. Amount splits are used to apply SaaS fees or service fees, in addition to payment processing fees defined by the merchant billing profile.
Rainforest now provides the source of each payment in the Rainforest Payment Report Component and API.
