Payment method details in reporting

Payment method details, such as card type and ACH account holder type, are now available in the Payin Details Component under "Method" in the "Related info" section.

Card payments

Card and Apple Pay payments will display the following information:

  • Card type: Credit, Debit, or Prepaid
  • Country: 2-digit country code
  • Healthcare card
  • Business card

If one of these fields was not obtained for this payment method, the field will display "Unknown".

ACH payments

ACH and Validated ACH payments will display the following information:

  • Account type: Checking or Savings
  • Account holder type: Personal or Business

PayPal payments

PayPal, Venmo, and PayPal Pay Later payment will display the following information:

  • Email
