Phone number language in onboarding

We've improved the language in the Merchant Onboarding Component for the phone number requested. This phone number is visible to your merchant's users and appears on the payment descriptor for card payments.
We've made this more clear by updating the title of the field from "Phone number" to "Customer service phone number" and adding a tooltip explaining the use of the phone number to your merchant.
