Get payout config

Get payout config details by the payout config ID.

This endpoint requires the platform to be approved for the Payouts integration.

Prefix is "pyc" in production and "sbx_pyc" in sandbox.

allowed_rails
array of strings

One or more payout rails to narrow the rails returned in payout_fees. Provide parameter multiple times to filter by multiple rails. When omitted, all of the merchant's allowed payout rails are returned.
