Before requesting production access please complete the below items:

• Complete your terms of service review
• Session permissions review

Request production access

Once terms of services and session permissions review are complete, submit your request to request to [email protected] with the "Subject" of "[Platform Name] Production Access". Include the first 1-2 user emails you would like added to the account. Once they have access, they can add additional users within the Production Portal.

How do I access the Production Portal

Once you are granted access, you can access the Production Portal via platform.rainforestpay.com.

How long will my production account take to create?

If all necessary requirements are complete, production accounts will be created within 48 business hours after the request has been submitted.

What is my login information for the production environment?

Log-in credentials are the same for production and sandbox; however, user access is set on an individual and environment basis.

Can I link my production account to sandbox?

No. Real money always moves in production and there is no way to link the sandbox environment to production.
