Configure residuals account

When you onboard yourself as the first test merchant in the Rainforest portal, we will collect your bank account with the merchant application. We will use this bank account for your residual credits and debit unless otherwise specified by you, the platform.

If you would like to change your residual bank account, please email [email protected] with this request and include a bank letter or voided check.

Note: Residuals are typically deposited on a monthly basis
