Payments can be processed through an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system enabling your merchants to accept payments via a self-service automated phone call.

Rainforest integrates with a third-party partner, Twilio, to process IVR payments. The IVR system can be used to:

  • Process payments
  • Store payment methods

How to integrate


Your platform will integrate with Twilio directly and configure a Twilio Generic Pay Connector, which utilizes Rainforest as the PCI compliant payment processor to process payins or store payment methods through Twilio.

Limitations


Rainforest only supports credit cards through the Twilio Rainforest integration, and does not currently support processing ACH payments.
